Skills

Knowledge of Real Estate Investments Portfolio internationally is a plus.
Strong command of English both spoken and written.

Representing the organization, sourcing and negotiating with appropriate local partners in the targeted jurisdiction.

Minimum 2 years of progressively relevant experience as a real estate agent in UAE.

Sourcing opportunities for real estate investments across the world through various platforms on favorable terms.

Candidates must have a detailed knowledge of property, contract and agency laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property under UAE law.

Strong understanding of Real Estate laws and provisions.
Ability to work independently combined with excellentinterpersonal skills.
